Flavours

Always Delicious
Decorated or not, cakes should be a treat for the taste buds.
When creating a cake, choosing the right flavors is just as important as the decoration. We always make sure that the combination of sponge, fillings, and frosting is delicious and well balanced — not too sweet, and never bland.

Cake
We usually work with sponge cakes made of…
• vanilla
• lemon
• chocolate, or…
• mocha.
Or our specialties:
• Carrot Cake (with cream cheese filling, what else!)
• Red Velvet cake
• Cinnamon Roll cake
Of course, other flavors are also possible — just let us know what you like.
Filling
Have you tried Swiss meringue buttercream? It’s a light and silky buttercream that can be flavored in many ways, such as:
• vanilla
• chocolate
• choco-hazelnut
• almond
• lemon
• mango
• strawberry
• raspberry
• rum or other liqueurs…
You can also add extras like dark or white chocolate chips, mandarin segments, nuts, or dried fruits…
Booster
We usually add
• a thin layer of jam (strawberry, apricot, or raspberry) or
• lemon curd, or
• dulce de leche
to make the cake even tastier.
If you’re not sure, here are a few of our favorite combinations…
- Nutella: vanilla sponge with chocolate-hazelnut cream and strawberry jam (or dulce de leche)
- Banana split: vanilla sponge with banana cream, dark chocolate chips, and a layer of dulce de leche
- Strawberry Fresh: vanilla or chocolate sponge with strawberry cream, white chocolate chips, and strawberry jam
- Choco-Raspberry: chocolate sponge with raspberry cream, dark chocolate chips, and raspberry jam
- Clementine: vanilla or lemon sponge with vanilla cream, lemon curd, and syrupy mandarin segments
- Chocoloco: chocolate sponge with chocolate cream and dulce de leche
- Black & White: chocolate sponge with vanilla cream and dark chocolate chips, with jam or dulce de leche of your choice
- Mocha: mocha or chocolate sponge with mocha cream, dark (or white) chocolate chips, and dulce de leche
