Since 2006…
Creating cakes, learning and… teaching
We started from scratch (at least in knowledge — though we scored a TEN in motivation) making decorated cakes in Amsterdam.
In 2008, we moved to Spain, and after a couple of years of learning and gaining experience, we began teaching cake decorating courses — right when the fondant wave was arriving here.
Once the trend of decorated cakes faded, we shifted our focus to traditional cakes from around the world — because those… truly never go out of style. 😉
